What I Offer
50 minute, usually weekly sessions on an unlimited basis, be that a handful of sessions or maybe over a longer term. Between us we can work out what's the best fit for you. Most clients find weekly sessions beneficial, especially during the early stages, however the frequency may differ depending on circumstances.
There's no pressure to agree to a particular number of sessions. If we decide to work together we can agree on a number of sessions initially and then review this regularly as the work progresses.
